Business Development Lead

Travelpayouts is a partnership platform dedicated to all things travel. Trusted brands like Booking.com, Tripadvisor, and GetYourGuide collaborate with over 300,000 bloggers and content creators around the world to bring people the best travel deals.

We're looking for a passionate and driven full-time leader to join our team and take on the exciting role of Business Development Team Lead. Your main focus will be growing and managing a combination of emerging and successful established markets.

What you will do:

  • supervise and drive all sales activities to ensure success;
  • have both responsibilities of achieving success in partner acquisition by yourself and your team;
  • create and manage sales plans, incentive plans and KPI's for the team;
  • hire, develop, train and lead a team to drive accountability and high levels of productivity;
  • launch and develop business practices and processes to increase sales conversion from lead to partner through better communications, video calls and sales tactics (e.g. sense of urgency, overcoming objections, value positioning);
  • maintain a high level of sales quality. Conduct trainings, oversee QA of sales communications with prospective partners, improve feedback and evaluation processes.


What we expect from you:

  • 3+ years of sales experience (IT) & 2+ years of sales management experience;
  • experience in building and developing a sales team;
  • proven track record of hitting sales goals both as an individual and a team leader;
  • strong project management, presentation and organization skills;
  • excellent collaboration and negotiation skills;
  • ability to turn complex data and information into actionable insights and plans;
  • knows how to hustle and in a league of his/her own in cold emailing/prospecting;
  • ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively across functions and time-zones as part of a team;
  • proficiency in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
