Customer Support Specialist (Georgia)

We're in search of a Customer Support Specialist in Georgia who will answer our customers' questions and solve their problems.

What you will do:

Respond promptly to questions and comments from users on our social media platforms in Georgia
Monitor mentions of the brand on the Internet.

What we expect from you:

You have spoken and written fluency in Georgian, Russian and English because we have a lot of clients from different countries and they ask us questions about their tickets and flights
You have experience in customer support field or social media marketing.

How we roll:

Full-time employment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Georgian time, with Saturdays and Sundays off.
