Whether or not you can get a refund or exchange your ticket depends on your ticket fare and the rules of the airline. Some fares allow for a full or partial refund, exchanges free of charge, or for an additional fee, while others prohibit refunds and exchanges altogether.
To find out which conditions apply, you’ll need to contact the seller. You can find the seller’s name on the ticket.
I missed my flight
If you’re not at the airport yet and know you won’t make your flight, call the airline as soon as possible and let them know you won’t be flying.
If you are at the airport, follow the instructions:
- Find the airline representatives and ask them what to do in your situation.
- Contact the seller, explain your situation, and request either a refund or an exchange for an additional fee. You can find the seller’s name in the itinerary receipt (ticket), which was sent to you after booking.
If you are ill and unable to fly, get in touch with the seller. It’s often possible to change departure dates or get a refund if the terms of the fare allow for that. You can find the fare description in the itinerary receipt (ticket). Contact the seller for more details.
If you need any help, drop us a message. You’ll find our contact details in the “Contact Us” section below. Describe your situation and attach your ticket. You’ll find your ticket at the email address you specified when booking. It normally arrives within 3 hours.
